Bad service by front desk staff

Liked:Front desk is so rude, abrasive and dismissive. It was impossible to get help and the mood was bad enough that we exited and went elsewhere. Be aware the staff is unwilling to provide basic customer service or answer basic questions. Weird dynamic. Recommend Saga hotel just around the corner. They are warm, welcoming and off the main drag. Much better experience and warranted a review.

Great for business trips!

Liked:Do you want warm room and make it feel like summer when it’s freezing cold outside? Visit here! It’s nice and warm with very cozy rooms. Tram station is just outside. Fashion shopping if you are interested.
