Basic hotel - poor value for money.

Liked:Excellent location

Disliked:Basic facilities, rooms small, no extras, tissues, body lotion etc Rooms not serviced Breakfast poor - hard fried eggs, no bacon, concentrate orange juice, only fresh fruit was melon. Automated check-in, never saw any staff. One lift broken.

Ok for a night in town

Liked:It was close to town. Cost was reasonable in comparison to other options. But all you are paying for is a room. I booked this hotel to make sure I had somewhere to stay on night one. Moved to Karl Johann Hotel for the next two nights which was more expensive, friendly and worth it.

Disliked:No staff, so not very friendly and you have to work out the checking in process which was very easy. Only one lift was working, so checking out involved walking down six floors. Room was cramped with barely any facilities.

Overall, a nice stay and would recommend to the budget traveler.

Liked:The location was great and the beds were small, but very comfortable! The room was also small, but we knew that going in and was a great value overall. The hotel is in a nice building and close to everything.

Disliked:I didn't like that there wasn't a receptionist to check me in. Everything was done on a machine. We needed to order a taxi for an early morning airport run so it would have been very helpful to have a receptionist. However, the attached restaurant staff stepped up and was super helpful!
