Liked:The hotel was centrally located, very smooth check in and check out. Rooms very small, but that's acceptable given the reputation of the hotel. Breakfast was with limited choices, but whatever was there was tasty. Overall a very nice impression of this structure.

Disliked:Room was extremely small, hardly any space to move around. Very small twin beds, no seating arrangement (just one stool was provided). Some of the basic amenities were missing.

Liked:Excellent location to city centre and waterfront

Disliked:The staff (when visible) were not the friendliest, we were also not permitted into the hotel bar during a EUROs match inless we paid £40! Which we felt was outrageous as the bar is clearly advertised as part of the hotel amenities and should have been for residents
