Nice place. Great location.

Liked:Close to city center and train. Comfy bed. Dark and quiet. Immaculate bathroom. Friendly staff.

Disliked:No USB outlets beside the bed. For the price, it could have included breakfast.

Hotel was a little “basic” but the breakfast buffet was quite good.

Liked:Breakfast was quite good. Location was good.

Disliked:Shower in bathroom was awkward to use, hand shower was hard to position so that you were actually under the water flow.

Liked:The location is perfect,near the harbour and centre ,20 min walking distance from S Oslo or with tram 12 just 3 stops ,breakfast was magnificent and bed was comfortable ;supermarket just next to the hotel ,room was nice and there was tee pot and instant coffee which was great for early check out like mine

Disliked:Staff is not polite,no greeting and limited information what and where …;wanted to book additional breakfast,first day I had breakfast,second day I was not on the list and had to go to reception to explain what I spoke with the reception the day before ;Room was not clean -floor was dirty,also the toilet,in the garbage can there was someone others garbage just one package of bonbon but stil not ok for a 4 star hotel .Very nice hotel with bad performance
