Very old rooms and in room service disappointed

Disliked:Very disappointing condition of the room, no shampoo - two conditioners instead, no cups for tea - but tea bags for it and no sugar, in general the room was old, a lot of broken forniture The reception didn't answer my emails. And finally 47 euro for overnight parking - just unbelievable. First time I stay in the Radisson Blu hotel, and there is no parking included. Somehow, I expected the service on the proper level, if you choose the Radisson hotel. Will go for another option next time

Bad experience and not good value of money

Liked:The area is modern and there is small river near the hotel, it has access to metro station.

Disliked:The staff were not welcoming, and the reception desk was often unattended. We frequently had to wait for someone to come and assist us. Before our arrival, I requested an extra bed, and the hotel confirmed by email that it would be available. However, when we checked in, they told us it was not available. The room was not properly stocked. There were not enough bath towels, floor towels were often missing, no dental kits were provided, and the coffee supplies were not replenished during our stay. When I called the reception to request the missing towels, I was told to come to the reception desk and collect them myself, instead of having them delivered to the room.
