Disappointing stay – fortunately, it was only for one night

Disliked:Unfortunately, our stay at HI Oslo Haraldsheim was a disappointing experience. We were glad that we only stayed for one night. The beds were uncomfortable and quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This was particularly disappointing after a long day of travelling. The breakfast was another weak point. The selection was very limited and lacked variety compared with other hotels and accommodations we stayed at during our trip. The main positive aspect was the reception staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. Overall, the friendly staff were the main highlight, but the uncomfortable and noisy beds, combined with the limited breakfast, made our stay less enjoyable than expected.

One of the best hostels in my life!

Liked:One of the best hostels I've been in my life. It was very clean and comfortable and I completely recommend it. The staff were even better, so kind, friendly and helpful, especially the guys on the reception, who let me stay extra night hours in the lobby on a cold day while I waited for my flight transfer. They even offered me free food, coffee and juice while I stayed there. I felt so welcomed and appreciated there because of their good nature and next time I'm in Oslo I will definitely come back to stay at the HI Oslo Haraldsheim! Big thanks to them! 🙏 Best regards!
