I felt cheated! I suggest you, at Booking.com, do not show "Hostels" in the same page with Hotels.

Liked:We were very well attended to by the person at reception! This lady really did all efforts do solve the situation about the toilet. The breakfast was very good! The location was acceptable!

Disliked:— the room that was reserved was without a toilet ‼️⚠️ IT WAS NOT CLEARLY COMMUNICATED on the Booking.com website that we would not have a toilet in the room… and so, I had to pay an additional 200 Norwegian kroner to have a bathroom, and walk to the 3rd floor by stairs carrying all our bags!!! This was very painful for my wife, who has a torn meniscus! unfair! — we had to carry the bed linens from reception to the room ourselves (a long walk, and then having to climb all 3 floors), and we had to do the housekeeping service, that is, we had to put the bed linens on, and the next day remove all the bed linens and take them back to reception! And unfortunately, one of the bed linens was stained — we didn't receive hand towels (they didn't have them to offer when we arrived) — there wasn't even shampoo or conditioner, — in the bathroom there was no bath mat, there was no partition between the shower stall and the toilet, but just a plastic curtain that didn't prevent the entire bathroom from getting wet. everything stayed wet. I had to use my own clothes on the floor — in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang the towels or our clothes — the mattress on one of the beds was extremely soft, and therefore, unsuitable for sleeping… — furniture in poor condition, a mobile nightstand next to the bed was unstable with loose parts -- the kitchen doesn't offer dinner or snacks in the evening. I had to drive my car and look for a place nearby that was open at night to get some food!
