Change of towels is every third day and change of bed linnen is every sixth day. Cleaning of the apartment is available on request for an extra charge. For bookings made the same day as arrival, the property cannot always guarantee that the apartment is ready for check-in at 15:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
