Lovely hotel with amazing view of Osaka

Liked:Lovely hotel with great view of Osaka! The staff is very helpful and friendly! Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The rooms are clean and well decorated.

Disliked:The standard rooms are tiny! Thankfully there was availability and we upgraded, the staff was really helpful.

Lovely, would highly recommend

Liked:Breakfast was lovely, room was very comfortable. WiFi was very good.

Disliked:Although I very much enjoyed my stay, I felt that the hotel room was more like a 4star hotel than a 5 star hotel.
