Great Vacation

Liked:This was our second stay at this resort. Same as the first visit. Resort is well maintained and gives you all you would need for a great vacation. As a senior couple we got a studio but could not properly set up the bed. The front desk (Luis) helped and moved us to another room. Fantastic staff with a real feeling of wanting to help the customer. We had a thermostat that needed attention and the maintenance man was there within 30 minutes. Fixed the issue. Thanks to all the staff

Fantastic stay

Liked:We had a fantastic stay here. The check-in process was a little lengthy as you have to check-in as usual at the concierge desk, however once this is done, you then proceed to a desk next to the entrance door to get wristbands etc. The staff were incredibly friendly. When we arrived in to our room, we were blown away by the amenities. It had all the usual bells and whistles but we were surprised to find a washing machine and a tumble dryer, iron & iron board and a filter coffee machine along with ground coffee to enjoy a morning coffee. The location is superb as you are minutes away from majority of the parks by Uber. There is a self service kiosk inside the reception area where you can purchase snacks and soft drinks which incredibly handy. Lots of entertainment provided to guests. Our studio apartment was in immaculate condition, a credit to their household team. We loved it so much that we insisted on booking again for when we return to Orlando next March and we already can’t wait to stay here again. I couldn’t recommend more.

All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.

Important Information

As of Jan. 1, 2025, the Kingstown Reef Resort will become cashless. As a result, all owners and guests will need to have a debit or credit card for any transactions made at the site. Effective January 1st, 2025, our resort will begin charging for incoming owner/guest mail and packages. The rate will be $5.00 per item, no matter the packaging/size, with medical equipment being the only item that is free of charge. Please also note that due to directions previously issued by our Corporate Partners, the resort will not accept any mail/packages that originate from USPS (the United States Postal Service). However, any mail/packages that originated from another delivery carrier and use USPS as their final delivery method will be accepted. Examples include, but are not limited to: a.
