Wonderful Experience—We'll Definitely Be Back!

Liked:We had a wonderful stay! Our favorite part was definitely the floating pool, and the view of the Disney fireworks was spectacular. Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming—especially Fdicto and Tracy, who went above and beyond to help me with some great new experiences. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

We Loved It

Liked:Just stayed overnight as part of Amex Fine Hotels Collection and birthday celebration. Upon arrival we were happily greeted by Edwin, who took care of the car and bags leading us to the lobby and Amanda , who checked us in and gave the entire rundown for our stay. Amanda recognized our Hilton status and made my birthday special with some balloons and chocolate sent to our room. Our room was beautiful, sitting area separate from bedroom. Multiple closets and big beautiful bath with tub and oversized shower. Everyone we came in contact with had a smile and and offered to assist. While at pool, we we were served libations and lunch by equally attentive waitstaff. Cocktails in the lobby served up by the nicest and friendliest bartender Arnold. Breakfast was fresh and delicious but made special by meeting Michelle (hostess) and Clay or server. Also used their complimentary shuttle to/from EPCOT. We could not have been happier with our stay. I am looking forward to returning soon. Enjoy!

Luxe comfort x fun & friendly

Liked:The WA Orlando was our hotel of choice for our inaugural summer excursion. We got to the valet and were warmly greeted by Buddha who did an excellent job explaining how the valet parking worked at WA. At the front desk Jean quickly found us a room even though we arrived early. Once in the room we quickly unpacked before heading to the amazing pool where we relaxed and recouped from travel. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. The service was above expectations and we truly got what we paid for—which is always a great thing!

A True 5* hotel

Liked:We stayed for 4 nights originally and ended up extending it to a week we were having such a nice time. We were honestly so pleasantly surprised by how amazing this hotel was. We have stayed in the other two front runners in Orland - the Four Seasons and the Ritz Carlton, and while nothings going to beat the Four Seasons, this hotel is easily on par with the Ritz Carlton, and when we booked it was significantly cheaper - there wasn't really any competition for us! The food and drink by the food was fantastic, and the pool was exceptionally well staffed. I think the hotel has perhaps been freshly renovated everything looked brand new. We booked a one bedroom suite through Amex and got upgraded to a park view (this view is what made us extend the trip :-) ) Id like to give a shout out to Anna at reception who when I told her we were celebrating our engagement went out her way to go above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. The staff were all amazing - if your worried this isnt quiet going to be luxury, dont be, its a true 5* hotel!
