Best Family Trip Ever

Liked:Great home away from home. Location is everything, very close to Orlando attractions, the resort has a nice arcade, pool, hot tub, pool bar, basketball court, and a splashpad for the kids. The townhome we stayed in was a great size for a family, clean, and we had a great balcony view. Atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and the price was great. I would recommend booking directly for a special welcome treat upon arrival.

Brilliant, ticks all the boxes.

Liked:Brilliant. Pool is great. Bar well stocked. Location is fab. You can walk to public, burger car, breakfast diner, nypd pizza, subway and chick fill a. Location is brill for universal and epic. Also not far from Disney and Disney springs. We booked a 3 bed on booking.com which was great as we could see exact location of apartment. We stated next to the club house which was great for Ubers etc. Don’t hesitate to book.

AMAZING

Liked:Read some recent reviews and got to be honest it scared us a little but we have found it to be AMAZING We arrived around 11pm at night and the guy in reception was so helpful and very friendly The apartment we have been given is bright and airy and clean with plenty of amenities for our use Granted the decor might be a little dated but who cares really as we are only here for ten nights Pool area is amazing Surrounding area is amazing DO NOT LET THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS PUT YOU OFF AS WE WILL QUITE HAPPILY RETURN

spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Liked:cant recommend this place, we were on the 3rd floor and the noise and movement from the building (slamming doors, walking on the floor above, using sliders) will keep you up all night. there is nothing security will do and that was the management's only suggestion. Then when we discovered roaches and dirty dishes and a weak ac system we got ghosted. Other minor nuisances as well.
