Benefit is nontransferable and valid only for guests of Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Hard Rock Hotel® and Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, for the number of guests staying in the room for the length of hotel stay. Rooms were described as spotless; however, there were issues with cleanliness in the Club Lounge.
Most staff were kind and eager to help, but there were significant issues highlighted at the reception.
