Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID or government-issued ID at check-in. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a guest who is 21 years or older. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day, per pet, and an additional deposit of USD 250 for stays of more than 3 nights. Extended Stay Background Check Requirement: Guests extending beyond 27 consecutive days must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to day 28 of occupancy. A one-time $10 screening fee applies. Failure to pass the screening may result in non-approval of the extension beyond day 27. Guests with paid reservations for the full for 28 days or more are exempt from the background check requirement for the original paid stay only. Further extension must undergo the same requirement. Please note that cash is not accepted as payment. Credit or debit card must be used for payment and deposit. A processing fee equivalent to 3% of the total booking amount will be charged for card payments. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
