Tricity and the nice staff

Terrorific

Liked:Terrible experience. After driving 4 hours with 3 small children, we arrived with difficulty on June 2nd at 10:30 pm. We were attended to by the supposed front desk manager, who was unprofessional and didn't even have a name tag to take his name. Then, in the lobby hallways, there was a very strong smell of marijuana and cigarette butts on the floor, which was dirty and old. When I went up to my room, to my surprise, they had a hot room with no air conditioning; it wasn't working. Then they sent someone to check, who didn't even know where he was standing. In the end, I asked to change rooms, and the man at the front desk confirmed that he had nothing more to offer me, again displaying his unprofessionalism. He told me he would give me a refund and a phone number that apparently belongs to the reservations department, which also doesn't resolve anything. It's been more than 15 days, and they still haven't returned my money. I had to leave at that hour with my crying children, without a hotel and with terrible service. Anyway, at 2 AM I was able to find another hotel for my stay. In short, a terrible experience. If you, reading this review, are traveling with children, think twice unless you like places like this: motel-style, dirty, smelling of marijuana, and with terrible service.
