Liked:Good proximity to downtown, spacious room, neat and tidy

Disliked:The main issue was not having hot water in my shower for the 1 night stay, so was not able to shower. Apparently this was checked afterwards and they said it was working when it had not for me, and no compensation received unfortunately- so had to go to an overnight flight unshowered. Not able to store luggage in reception Kettle but nothing to drink out of. Loud music next door for wedding but this is mentioned in the hotel description and I missed it, thankfully finished by 10pm

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guests stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. There may be construction noise as we are undergoing renovations. Room service and daily cleanings are not provided. There are no laundry facilities on site. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. There is no continental breakfast. The Wellborn House Bar is open until 1 am throughout the week. You may hear noise from the events and music in the shared courtyard space. Dr. Phillips House wedding venue is next door, hosting receptions in their outdoor courtyard. You may hear noise from the DJ music. We have provided earplugs and a white noise machine in your space. We apologize for any inconvenience. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance. A deposit may be required at the property.
