Disliked:I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel charged me for parking, but this was never clearly disclosed at the time of booking or during check-in. Finding unexpected charges on the final bill is frustrating and leaves a negative impression. Transparency about additional fees is essential, and guests should be informed in advance so they can make informed decisions. Unfortunately, this experience affected my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

Stay away

Liked:This hotel needs to be gut renovated! The rugs are filthy. The rooms smell. The furniture needs to be donated to goodwill. Honestly, never again. It was just too old and dirty for me. We only stayed there for the park and sleep, but ill do something else next time. After a grueling trip from Europe this was the last thing i needed. The carpet in my room was so gross ( and this was my second room. The first had mold in the thermostat and stunk like mildew. I requested a different room) that I didn't want to step on it at all. I kept my luggage on the tiled area. This is so below standards for the brand. I will never stay there again.
