Extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and unacceptable conditions for nearly $180 a night.

Liked:Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this stay. The location was convenient, but the condition and cleanliness of the room completely overshadowed anything positive.

Disliked:This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I paid almost $180 for one night and did not even stay for 24 hours. The room had an extremely strong and unpleasant musty/mold odor from the moment we entered. There was visible mold, including dark/black mold-like growth on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom was dirty, the door was damaged, and the room showed a serious lack of maintenance. The sheets and towels did not smell clean and appeared poorly cleaned. I have asthma, and the strong mold/musty odor made my stay extremely uncomfortable. For nearly $180 a night, these conditions were completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, the room should not have been rented in this condition.

Unsanitary blood bugs unkept

Disliked:I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at this hotel. Our experience was completely unacceptable. • Upon arriving at our room, we found bugs and what appeared to be blood on the walls, sheets, and comforter. • The bedding appeared unclean and had not been properly changed or prepared for a new guest. • The condition of the room was so unsanitary that we did not stay at the hotel at all. We left immediately. • We had paid $404 for the reservation and expected a clean, sanitary room that was suitable to stay in. • Despite documenting the condition of the room and not staying, we were told that this was being treated as a “cancellation.” • We were then told we would be charged a $150 cancellation fee before receiving a refund, even though we did not simply change our plans—we arrived intending to stay and left because of the condition of the room. • We were told we would ultimately receive only $225 back from our original $404 payment, which was extremely frustrating and concerning. Finding bugs and blood in a hotel room is disturbing enough. Having to fight for a refund afterward and being charged a cancellation fee for refusing to stay in those conditions made the experience even worse. I have photographs documenting the condition of the room. Based on both the cleanliness of the accommodations and the way this situation was handled afterward, I cannot recommend this property.It was a health issue blood on walls and pillow and comforter, bugs as shown in photo
