–Waiting in line / check-in queue at times
–No/limited shuttle service to parks or airport
–Loud/repetitive pool music for some guests

Cleanliness8.2

Mixed reports: several guests praise immaculate/villa cleanliness, but multiple reviews report dirty bathrooms, used towels, sticky/filthy floors and delayed housekeeping — overall slightly below target.

Service9.1

Generally friendly and helpful staff noted, quick/efficient check-in in some reports, but occasional management lapses, long check-in lines and inconsistent housekeeping lowered impressions.

Location9.6

Consistently praised: excellent, convenient location near Disney parks, easy walk to Marriott restaurants and parking; frequently cited as a major positive.

Room Quality9.4

Villas described as spacious, well-appointed with full appliances, comfortable beds, large master suites and patios; some isolated maintenance issues (lights, running toilet) but overall very strong.

Amenities9.2

Many amenities praised (multiple pools, courts, gym, washer/dryer, stocked kitchens). Some negatives: loud repetitive pool music for some guests and limited shuttle availability.

Value for Money9.1

Standard quality for this hotel tier.

Food and Beverage9.1

Limited direct mentions; guests note easy access to Marriott restaurants and well-equipped villa kitchens — overall in line with target.

Overall Experience9.1

Overall very positive stays and many recommendations to return, with standout villas, location and activities; some recurring operational/maintenance issues temper perfection.

Good place for couples or families that have a car and want to explore the surrounding parks

Liked:Very spacious apartment, staff was always very friendly and helpful

Disliked:Tennis courts next to the lobby were not usable anymore (we initially booked this hotel just because of the tennis courts) - yes there was one court in the other hotel’s area which we eventually found The hotel page gives you the idea that for Sabal Palms you have this huge pool area in front of your room. Unfortunately next to our apartment there was only this very small pool. The whole complex is split into 3 different hotels and ours was just there for the apartments, so that was unclear when booking. Which means you‘d either wait for the shuttle service or walk quite long to get to the other hotel.

Good location. Good property. Service and hospitality needs to be better. Not Marriott standard

Liked:Location is amazing. Most of the facilities were good. But one has to walk to the main Marriott hotel building or take a shuttle to go to the building, to enjoy any facility. Villa was comfortable and spacious.

Disliked:When we reached the villa, the bathrooms were not clean, they were dirty. Towels in the bathroom appeared to be used. So that doesn’t give a good experience at all. Housekeeping attended to it later, but not a great experience for any guest to find dirty used washrooms and towels.
