Great pools for kids!

Liked:The pools are great for kids! Great location near SeaWorld

Disliked:The staff wasn’t courteous at check in, but that could be attributable to just one individual. Arrived several hours after check in and was told there may not be a room ready for us which involved calling a manager with 3 tired theme-park wiped kids in the car waiting. Bring your own coffee or pay $4.50 for self-serve in the lobby!

Perfect time again!!!!

Liked:We have to leave this beautiful place today so thought I’d write my review. This is the second time here with my family and once again had an amazing time. Can’t say enough about all the amenities and the friendly staff here. Each and every staff member has been beyond helpful and friendly. Our Villa was perfect and accommodating. A very clean resort. Food and drinks in outdoor dining area is delicious. Hoping to come back real soon!!!
