Liked:I stayed at Hyatt Place Orlando / Lake Buena Vista about two months ago, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always ready to assist with any questions at +1-888-411-7077. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. The location was excellent, with easy access to Orlando's major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I would gladly recommend Hyatt Place Orlando / Lake Buena Vista to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Orlando.

Under repair

Liked:This location is currently under repairs. The pool wasn't working and there were no free weights in the fitness room, just treadmill and peloton bike. The location of the hotel is good, close to restaurants and Disney Springs. Just know that things seemed in disarray June 2026.

Shout out to the Exceptional Staff

Liked:Everything was clean and the service is exceptional. Phillip at the front desk went out of his way to help everyone and was able to resolve my issues efficiently while still being personable and providing excellent customer service. I watched him improve the stay/resolve issues for at least 3 other guests too. Would 100% stay here again.
