Liked:i loved the atmosphere, the bar and restaurant in the front of the restaurant looks so beautiful. The employees were so kind, every single employee assisted, joked, and chitchat with us. beds and pillows were so comfortable i’ve never slept so good in my life. room service took great care of the room. pool was nice and closed at an amazing time which i loved. in an amazing spot super close to almost all the parks, and clubs, & bars. overall amazing experience and will come back again!

Disliked:The staff was not very friendly. During our visit, we mentioned that we were celebrating our daughter's birthday. One of the staff members asked her if she liked chocolate cake and said they would bring her a slice. Unfortunately, it never arrived. The most disappointing part was that our nine-year-old kept waiting for it. We never asked for a complimentary dessert in the first place, so it would have been better not to make the promise if it couldn't be kept. Please don't make promises you can't keep, especially when they involve children.
