Never again

Liked:We were very much disappointed with the hotel this time. We went there 1 years ago and then it was great. This time there is not much good to say. The only positive thing was the location.
Disliked:3 months before my stay I wrote an email to the hotel to inform them that I was traveling with my son and my 74 year old mother and that she is scared to stay at the ground floor and ask them to give us a room at a higher level. When we arrived they gave us room 101 at the ground floor next to the back door. My Mother asked for another room. Front Desk didn‘t seem to wanted really to help and said Hotel is full we should ask next day, next morning the said to ask after 3 pm, when we asked again same answer Hotel is full. Didn‘t even tried to look for the remaining days if they could give us another room. On this day someone came also to clean the AC, when we came back later on the AC didn‘t work, we needed to ask Reception and this employee seemed also really bothered to help us. After telling her that it didn‘t work for a couple hours already she came to check. Rooms are cleaned every other day, but on the second day when it was time nobody came. After again going to reception the answer was sorry the needed to clean the rooms from check outs and didn‘t have time for ours. Finally someone came the next day to clean. We hadn‘t had any toilet paper left and after housekeeping come we saw that she didn‘t but toilet paper, so we had to ask for it. One day we planned to have breakfast later and since at Check-in no one told us the Breakfast time my Mother asked at Reception until when it‘s served in the morning. Women at the Reception seemed bothered since she was having dinner at the Front Desk and barely answered. We travelled a lot and my Mother never slept this bad in a bed, she barely could stand up her back hurt so much. We already came a year ago to this hotel a lot has changed in this time. It costs way more than last year but everything was worse and not worth the money. We stayed 6 nights and regretted choosing this hotel.
