A bad situation turned into a positive.

Liked:The facility is way past the need for a serious renovation. Room 308 has putty holding the bathtub together. The door doesn't close, and the AC unit sounds like a tractor-trailer. In spite of this property issues. Bailey helped find a more suitable property (Hilton Grand Vacation Villas), a short drive away. Thank you Bailey

Liked:Nice pool. Good location.

Disliked:Showers not very hot and low water pressure. People put trash outside their room and hangs around way too long.

Convenient but worth it?

Liked:Comfortable beds, great location. It's fine for a quick stay.

Disliked:Accommodations were far from what was expected. Lounge/Bar never opened. Pool closed at 8 instead of 10. Luke warm jacuzzi. Dead gecko on my window sill. Asked for a lower level floor close to the elevator. I got a 6th floor room at the very end of the hall. The hotel was not even close to being booked, it was very slow.
