We had a comfortable stay, and the breakfast was very good.

Liked:The room was nice. I wish it had another comfortable chair. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with some changes each day.

Disliked:It would have been nice if a proper address had been provided so we could go to the correct hotel. We went to another Hamton Inn which was close to Universal, but it was the Convention hotel, and the desk clerk had no intention of being helpful. He did finally give us an address, but he did not do that easily. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the room was very steamy. The WiFi did not work, so we worked around it.

Liked:Staf was friendly, easy access to coffee and breakfast although super crowded.

Disliked:The heavy smell of fragrance when you enter the lobby is overwhelming. The towels that are face towels and hand towels in the room smelled bad like they had been hanging there for a very long time and not replaced with the regularly used towels. Outlets by the desk in room were not working.
