Disliked:The manager walked into our room without knocking or making her presence known! That was absolutely inappropriate. She was lucky none of us was naked!

Didn’t meet expectations

Liked:We arrived at our hotel exhausted after a long drive, hoping to check in at 3 p.m. However, the staff informed us that we couldn’t check in even though we arrived at the designated time. We tried checking in through the app, but it showed that our room wasn’t ready. Since our room had been changed, we were also unable to receive a digital key. The lobby smelled like cigarettes, which was a stark contrast to the hotel’s claim of being smoke-free. After waiting for an eternity, we finally reached our hotel room. We collapsed onto our beds, only to find them to be as hard as rocks. The air conditioning was ineffective; we set it to high, but it felt like low, and when we turned it to cold, it was hot. We were drenched in sweat all night. The refrigerator didn’t work at all and couldn’t keep our food cold. The next morning, we headed to breakfast, where the food was decent, but the staff was incredibly disrespectful. They didn’t bother to use any manners and pushed their way through the crowd, expecting us to move without asking.
