Hilton honors promotion

Liked:I had a pleasant interaction with Carolina when I asked where the towels were at the pool. She was so attentive. She said she would come find my before she left the property at 1pm and she did. She was so pleasant and spoke to me about a promotion the Hilton honors is offering. If anything I was more shocked about what was offered as she spoke rather than disappointed about hidden fees! Thank you Carolina.
