Facility was nice, bed and bedding wasn’t.

Liked:Value and spacious room size

Disliked:Bed was uncomfortable. Covers were scratchy. Pillows immediately become flat and uncomfortable once you rest your head.

I would stay again unless it was for work. The breakfast not actually there was a minus for someone traveling for work.

Liked:Everything was wonderful! My trip was for the IRS Forum. I extended my stay for some family time. We had a great time. But I had counted on the breakfast. There was none.

Disliked:I was very disappointed breakfast was advertised but there is no breakfast!!!

I probably would not choose to stay at this hotel in the future.

Disliked:The floor was in the living room area was covered with black bugs. The nightstand between the beds was covered with a sticky substance. I was expecting a room with a balcony as pictured when I selected my room, and we did not have a balcony. Paying for outside parking is ridiculous!!! There was 1 decaf coffee and 1 regular in the room. The coffee pack holder did not fit into the coffee maker, so we had to purchase coffee.

Good property, just needs a bit more management to iron on some small problems.

Liked:Close to Disney Springs and outlet shops. Laundry facilities and the swimming pools. Buses to Disney parks.

Disliked:That we had to ask for towels and toilet paper on regular basis. The cleaner didn’t replace them. A few busses for later pick up from Disney after the night time fireworks/shows.
