Liked:Price, it was clean. Loved room.

Disliked:On your website it states shuttle to universal studios, epic, and a couple more. That's the reason we stayed here. When we needed a shuttle to Epic I was told you don't shuttle there. That was messed up. Now trying to find a way there and back. Now we know not to stay there again. You shouldn't say you shuttle there and mislead people to get them to stay in your hotel. Very unhappy!

Great location. Nice apartment. Plan to pay extra for everything

Liked:Location was perfect for the event we attended. It’s walking distance to anything you need.

Disliked:Communication was poor. I sent messages several times to request a 3 rd person and to check in early. I was willing to pay the extra $45 to arrive at 2pm. Also the discharge instructions say to leave parking pass, but we were NOT offered a parking pass and the garages were $40/day
