Liked:This property definitely stands out with its unique castle-inspired design — it’s a fun touch that gives it some character. Overall, the hotel isn’t bad, but it leaves quite a bit to be desired. For the price, I expected a little more: only one elevator was working during my stay, and the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The beds had stains and were uncomfortable, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the shower was really nice. I’d give this place a solid C overall.

Liked:Great location and easily accessible to lots of restaurants and bars. Daily parking rate seemed a bit excessive.

Liked:Room service lacked attention to detail which was shocking. Also, housekeeping staff member was rude. I asked for a late check out, i stood atcthe front desk as the agent got on the radio to advise housekeeping of my request and 10 minutes later, they were at me door knocking. Despite my telling them i have a late check, he would not leave the door. It was uncomfortable and embarrasing.
