Cosy, comfy suburban stay

Liked:Beautiful accommodation in a quiet, friendly, largely residential neighbourhood. Clean, wonderful laundry room, attentive hosts. About a half hour run to the parks, which isn't a bad thing at all. Very spacious rooms, with enough storage for clothes, and almost too much crockery etc in the kitchen. Had to do some rustling around to fit the food! Small park with a lake close by, ideal for a walk, but don't think about wild swimming - there could be allegators in there! Hi tech and responsive aircon (in the house, not the park). Close to grocery stores, fuel and post office - all the holiday needs on hand.

Disliked:Silverware was enough, but not plentiful - Not a reflection on the hosts, I suspect previous tenants have pinched some.

Liked:Comfy beds, comfy couch and nice tv, attentive hosts. The ease of getting in and out of the house with the keyless entry.

Disliked:Kitchen chairs wobbly, on their last leg. The neighbor across the street blared music until 1 a.m. all three nights of our stay.

The stay left a negative impression

Liked:The hosts were polite and communicative during the check-in process. There was a good supply of bottled water left in the fridge, which was convenient. It is possible to park a car near the house.

Disliked:The neighborhood felt unsafe. There is an abandoned house nearby, and all surrounding houses are single-story. In the evening, I did not feel comfortable going outside. The drive to Universal and Disney parks takes about 35–45 minutes, which is quite long. The house was dirty. The floors were so dirty that I had to wash them myself, the color of the water clearly showed this. There was a strong unpleasant, musty smell inside the house. After two days, our clothes became damp. The bed linen was dirty. I am attaching photos as evidence. There was no kettle in the kitchen. The toaster was present but not working. After I informed the hosts about the broken toaster, the absence of a kettle, and issues with the bed linen, the previously fast and friendly communication stopped. I received a message from the hosts only on the day of departure, asking me to put the white towels into the washing machine, start the wash, and inform them of our check-out time. They asked me to leave a rating of 10. Some kitchen cabinets do not open. Only soap were provided. There were disposable cups and lids, but they did not fit each other at all. Only two glass mugs and four chairs were available. I felt uncomfortable staying there and would not recommend this place.
