I appreciate the front desk receptionist for being king and accommodating.

Disliked:The room had bed bugs. The property manager didn’t acknowledge me or apologize for the inconvenience.

Very good location, nice rooms & amenities for the price.

Liked:Convenient location close to the highway and to Auburn. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Disliked:The elevator area in the lobby needed cleaning.

Great Property, staff needs retraining

Liked:We stay here often traveling between Myrtle Beach and Texas. Always clean, good breakfast, and convenient to Interstate

Disliked:Staff at front desk was either too busy on their personal phones to acknowledge me or just not at the front desk period. I had to holler for assistance at check-in after waiting 5 min.
