Great hotel

Liked:Nice hotel, great room, really nice staff. Few things should be renovated (nothing major). Parking is really expensive (34-36€ per day).

Poor service

Liked:The location is ok. We booked sea view with balcony and it was lovely, the view was perfect and the room was nice and clean. Unfortunately the food was mediocre, staff were not friendly or attentive at all. I would not say this is a five star hotel at all, I was shouted at by the lady in the cafeteria during breakfast, we were ignored consistently and the hotel was completely overcrowded. I would not stay at the hotel again and I would not recommend it. Unfortunate because the room was lovely and beautiful view but that is it.

Good hotel to stay in Beautiful opatija

Liked:Location! The design , the view and size of the room , excellent breakfast . Good spa facilities.

Disliked:The bathroom , outdated , doesn’t suit 5 star hotel. Poor quality dinner.

Was a great stay.

Liked:The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the lady making eggs and pancakes was very nice and friendly. Helped me to figure a couple things out. Should should be given a raise. The hours breakfast was served was perfect. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and the staff parking cars was very efficient.

Disliked:Housekeeping didn't check on things when they made the room up. We had to ask for toilet paper and tissues.
