Liked:The room was clean and the room temperature was very confortable.

Disliked:They refused to give a comforter for the pull out couch. The "blanket" was actually mistaken by another staff member for a towel.

Great customer service but everything else is lacking.

Liked:Customer service was great at both the front desk and with valet parking experience (parking is a 3rd party, not Hyatt), and we appreciated the complimentary water in the lobby. Room air conditioning was definitely struggling with the heat and would not cool the room overnight until almost time to wake up. Breakfast was one of the worst at any hotel I've ever stayed at, and I travel a good bit. The eggs were incredibly dry and overcooked, sausage links were extremely soft (like they were boiled) and had a odd flavor, and everything we tried was barely warm. We only ate breakfast the first morning and went somewhere else the other days. The city sewage runs directly in front of the property and has a strong stench that is noticeable not only outside but also in the hotel lobby and our room. Our room was on the front side of the hotel, and we could really hear the traffic overnight on the street below. I'm a World of Hyatt member and appreciated the great redemption value on points at this property and would stay here again if that valuation continues, but otherwise we will look for a different hotel next time we visit OKC.
