No big complaints but they should be taken into consideration

Liked:I enjoy this facility. If I've had a blue moon issue it was immediately addressed. Management secures the property and are aware of guest and anyone onsite and not suppose to be. Management is not afraid to approach or bring in Law Enforcement. The staff is nice for most part. Communication is dominantly Spanish between the staff. Im sure the ladies understand English. The front desk chrck in ladies speak English and one overnight that I've met. They are helpful. And overall I definitely think they genuinely care and are concerned about their guest.

Disliked:Urine smell from the pets around the doors. Breakfast need diabetic accommodations: fruits, oranges, bananas apples, individual peanut butter cups. No offense to the homeless they swarm around facility due to shade trees. I've yet to locate the small gym advertised, maybe they dont have it anymore. Although a good cleaning staff, on check out day, even if you have DO NOT DISTURB, on door they will knock on the door anyway. Because they are in the area cleaning other rooms and dont want to back track to yours after you leave. For a night worker its annoying. We know what time is check out. But no harm no foul. No weekend or frequent stay discounts especially being a traveling medical worker. Some rooms need the blackout curtains replaced.

Disliked:Was not what we were expecting the photos of the hotel were deceiving, as soon as we got off the interstate there were a lot of homeless people around, very sketchy area, as soon as we pulled into the hotel a crazy lady was yelling obscenities at a group of homeless people my kid was in the car and heard everything it was pretty bad, not a family friendly area at all, it didn't feel safe at all, the hallways smelled like cigarettes the walls leading up to the room were dirty I'm pretty sure there was feces on the wall that's what it looked like anyway. The bathroom had cockroaches coming out of drains, the tub faucet was leaking and it was noisy, the balcony was nice you could watch all the druggies run around. They offered breakfast but that was a hard pass on that I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible it felt like it wouldn't have been clean, we just grabbed something on the road. Would not recommend if you have a family if you can make it to the next town do it.
