We were deceived and customer service didn’t do a thing to remedy the situation

Liked:I believe this hotel deceived us by posting photos of a bedroom with 90-degree walls and ceilings, only to give us a room with an angled ceiling where you could only move by crouching down, and where the window was in the ceiling, not the walls. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I care about. Customer service was also poor, as when I contacted them to question this room, they simply replied that they didn't have another one. This room should never have been offered to any guest after renting one with four walls, a 90-degree ceiling, and a window as it was shown on the photos of the reservations page.
