Lovely room, very good staff. Well situated in small village for stop off from A1 en route south.

Liked:Good choice on breakfast and evening meal menus. Food good and very friendly staff. Booked superior room was very spacious and comfortable.

A lovely English pub with good food, great staff and a comfortable room with parking.

Liked:Our bed was extremely comfortable and the size of the room adequate for our needs. Decor very nice and the shower worked well. The staff were very friendly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. There was a good choice for breakfast and it all tasted lovely. Liked having a fridge in the foyer with fresh milk that guests could use rather than having UHT milk.
