This hotel used to be great but must have bad management now and I recommend avoiding the place!

Disliked:Stayed here for 5 years now. Usually great. Other recent negative reviews are correct. Common areas not kept clean. My room had a dirty torn chair. AC did not work, was not fixed even after I complained to staff. Wallpaper ripped in areas. One bed in my room broke as soon as I laid down. Housekeeping staff did not speak English so couldn't even communicate with them. The whole place needs new management and a remodel. Will not stay here again.
