Filthy room.

Liked:The location was convenient.

Disliked:The room was filthy. The sheets and towels were dirty and had hair all over them. The bathroom was disgusting, urine on and around the toilet. Shower and sink were dirty. Complained at the front desk and was told they would notify the manager immediately. I never heard back from anyone.

Wi-Fi does not work!! Employees/operator are clueless!

Liked:If you need to use your computer for work or anything you don’t have WI-Fi. When you ask people about it at front desk they tell you it will be working shortly (it never worked the 4 days I was there), or they knew nothing. Most seemed not to care. Stay somewhere else.

Terrible business

Liked:An unauthorized reservation was made using our company credit card. We discovered it and contacted the hotel within an hour to cancel. Despite acting immediately, the hotel refused to issue a full refund and returned only 50% of the charge. What made the situation even more frustrating was that a manager told us they would take care of it and provide a full refund, but that promise was not honored. We are very disappointed with how Holiday Inn handled this situation.
