Disliked:A bathroom threshold should be a different color. My son has almost tripped over ours twice. A simple color change would create a visual cue that mentally prepares you to step into another area. Sometimes it's the smallest design changes that make the biggest difference in preventing falls and improving safety—especially for children, older adults, and anyone with mobility challenges. Accessibility starts with thoughtful design.

Liked:I enjoyed my entire stay... from check in to check out. Staff was patient with us at check in as we were not completely together working with electronics. The Suite was spacious and clean as we traveled with children. I slept Sooooo good in king sized bed. You basically get 2 rooms when you rent a suite because you get privacy from the rest of your party. Honey they feed the kids for free breakfast and dinner. Nowhere can you stay that gives you 3 free drinks per adult at check in. That's all I need to relax after traveling.

Nice and enjoyable

Liked:Closeness to everything (restaurants, shopping). Breakfast and dinner 3 drinks during dinner time

Disliked:It would be great if the laundry room had more washers/ dryers. I wish each floor had a water refill station, like on the lobby floor. It would be nice if the bar was open later than 7pm, maybe 9 or 10pm. Could probably make a lot of money for when big groups are there. I know people can buy beer at the pantry, but if the bar was open, the bartender could make extra money in tips Elevators took up to 5 minutes to come to our floor (4) as well as picking up from the lobby. Granted it was busy during our stay, however it was like that early in the morning and later in the evening.
