Cleanliness8.6

Most reviews repeatedly note very clean rooms and good hygiene; however one review mentions mould in the bathroom, so overall cleanliness is strong but not perfect.

Service9.0

Staff are consistently described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (brought filter coffee on request, quick replies to questions), supporting a high score for service.

Location9.0

Location praised several times (park down to the Danube, convenient for stopovers, central/handy), making it a strong point for guests.

Room Quality8.0

Rooms are described as spacious, clean and with comfortable beds, but some negatives noted (thin pillows, missing kettle/coffee maker in room, and one report of mould), so room quality is good but with a few issues.

Amenities7.1

Mixed feedback: very good breakfast and free coffee-to-go in lobby, pet-friendly arrangements and parking available, but Wi‑Fi reported as weak, kettles/coffee makers absent in rooms, occasional elevator out of service and paid parking reduce the amenities score.

Value for Money8.8

Several guests explicitly mention a good price or that the hotel matches price-to-quality expectations, indicating strong value for money.

Food and Beverage9.3

Breakfast is repeatedly described as excellent, varied and child-friendly; minor note about missing filter‑coffee pot in one stay but staff handled it — overall food & beverage is a highlight.

Overall Experience9.0

Many guests recommend the hotel, would return, and emphasize friendly staff, good breakfast and convenient location; a few operational issues temper an otherwise very positive overall experience.
