Brilliant location

Liked:The location was great, very close to the centre but no road noise as on a pedestrianised street. I could glimpse the river from my room which was a bonus. Had an upmarket feel but not too expensive. One of the restaurant staff helped me put my bag in storage when I arrived early and brought my bag up the first flight of stairs. It was lovely to hear ducks quacking from my room!

Disliked:It was a bit of a pain having no elevator as I had a heavy suitcase and was on the third floor. While the restaurant helps out hotel guests, it would be nice if there could be a dedicated hotel reception. Digital check in was fiddly with being asked to pre check in then actually check in. The toilet was too close to the shower door.
