If you ask for a spa bath they will give you a regular room and pretend as if they didn’t know

Disliked:I paid for a room with a spa bath and the room he gave me was not a spa bath. When asked for a refund he told me I had to contact booking, then when I contact booking they said he needs to confirm the refund and have had an issue with having him respond to booking. So I can receive my refund!!!
