A truly unforgettable stay that exceeded every expectation and made us feel like family.

Liked:Where do I even begin? This stay was beyond anything I could have imagined and exceeded every expectation. Even before we arrived, our trip to the Maldives was filled with unexpected delays and travel issues. Jihan (from Algeria), who helped with our booking, was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. Speaking to her during such a stressful time genuinely put us at ease, and we are so grateful for her warmth. Once we arrived, Stephanie (from Malaysia) became our personal concierge, and she was simply exceptional. Thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and Stephanie made sure she felt truly special and celebrated every step of the way. Her kindness made such a difference to our experience. We also had a massage with Yanti (from Indonesia), and it was one of the highlights of our trip. She was incredibly skilled, gentle, and so caring, especially with my mom. We also joined her sound healing session, which was such a beautiful and calming experience. The hospitality throughout the resort was outstanding. Every single member of staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. We stayed in one of the newly renovated villas, and it felt like an absolute dream—beautifully designed, luxurious, and incredibly peaceful. This was more than just a holiday; it felt like being welcomed into a family. Thank you to everyone for making this trip with my mom so meaningful and memorable. We will cherish these memories forever. Without a doubt, we will be back. In fact, this has officially earned a permanent spot on our annual travel calendar. Thank you for everything! A memorable trip in paradise!

Liked:We stayed at Jumeirah Olhahali for 5 nights at the start of November 2025 and it was by far the best holiday we’ve had. Whilst the transfers are expensive, the process from the Jumeriah is seamless. There is zero stress and zero hassle. From the moment you collect your baggage at the airport, there is a member of staff to look after you. Ishaan was prompt and helpful. We took the speed boat and it was a smooth trip. We celebrated our daughter’s 1st birthday during our stay. The team at Jumeirah Olhahali went above and beyond in every aspect. The island is small and intimate. There is a real close feeling with all staff as they pay close attention to detail to remember the important details. We stayed in an ocean villa. The room was amazing, so big and catered to our family needs so well. It was so clean, modern and spacious. There are 3 restaurants, all of them served great food, lots of different options and the portion sizes were great. The staff in the restaurants were also amazing, always remembering the little details about our family and having things ready before we arrived. We enjoyed being greeted by Zinadia and she looked after us very well. Fazeel was also lovely each day, checking in our stay when we would eat at the restaurants. The spa was also small, with treatment rooms only but the treatment rooms are awesome. We had 2 massages and we felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. It was worth the money. We also did snorkelling and had a photo session with the in house photography team. Again, everything was organised extremely well. We could not complete this review without mentioning our fantastic island host. Maazy was/is the reason our stay at the Jumeriah Olhahali was so fantastic. All guests are assigned an island host who look after you. Maazy went above and beyond every day to help our family. There were balloon decorations and birthday cakes organised.
