White Collar Robbery

Liked:The reservation is non-refundable I had some personal issues come up and at 9:00 an hour before cut off time to check in, I inform the property that I would be late and now the person who is supposed to let me in, (who live across the street) are ignoring me. They are pretending not to hear me or see me. I a single disabled female am waiting outside in N. Las Vegas by myself with my Walker I've been here twice before and I'm very very disappointed.

Disliked:That despite my repeat business and prior notification I am being ignored and not let into my room.
