They are so so

Liked:That the price was low some and the bed good. But that was about it though

Disliked:They didn't clean every day and we only got clean towels one time... they need to more work in fixing stuff and smell like there was mold in the bathroom

Awful

Liked:It could have been a good stay, if they had any kind of decent customer service, and actually cleaned the room.

Disliked:No ice bucket was first issue we had. I called and they refused to bring one. They said if I wanted one I had to go back up to the front desk. There were numerous cigarette burns in the bedding! The freezer in the room was disgusting! The microwave did not work. There were either cosmetic stains or possibly blood on bathroom wall and shower curtain.
