Great breakfast, great location

Liked:Great breakfast

Disliked:Ice machine broken, only got fixed on Monday morning. Rooms can do with a refresh, We pay the same price as everyone else, but because of a dog room is not as clean.

Overall, this is a good place to stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Liked:Friendly staff, especially Rajan Sheth, who provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The location is great, the breakfast was acceptable, and overall I had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful.

Disliked:One area that could be improved is the bedding and towels. They appeared quite old and were not as clean and white as expected. Replacing them would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
