Liked:Most of the staff is amazing it's conveniently located unfortunately new management changes have deteriorated a lot of what we used to love about this place

Disliked:We had dirty towels in our room that look like they have brown stains on them the manager was not receptive the morning breakfast which was supposed to close at 9:30 stop making new food at 8:45 many things were out and empty I have pictures to support spoke with a new manager named Brandy and she is well over her head trying to run that location they need to make some changes in order to get back to the level of expectation and standards that they used to have

Liked:Location is good although it was surprising how early all the local restaurants closed on a Friday night after a University of Oklahoma football game

Disliked:Carpet was wet in our room Room didn't feel that clean Room not as functional as Holiday Inn Express standard

Would not stay here again until they fix things. Would not recommend to anyone

Liked:Front desk staff were nice and somewhat accommodating.

Disliked:Food was terrible. The lady working breakfast wasn’t very nice. They were booked solid Ran out of eggs, Milk and pancake machine broke. Orange juice and fruit punch were awful. Pool was over filled and freezing cold. Jacuzzi was out of order.
