Liked:Spacious room, but the property is old

Disliked:Wifi was not connecting in the room. When we realized this we had spread our stuff for the overnight stay. Though the front desk offered to change our room late into the night we were not keen. It will be ideal if the property check the working of wifi connection in the room where we stayed.

Nice hotel. Can be even nicer if the staff member Tracy were not here.

Liked:Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the World of Hyatt at Hyatt Place Atlanta/Norcross. If it weren’t for the experience with one staff member, Tracy, our stay would have been a 10 out of 10 in terms of service. Unfortunately, Tracy’s rudeness significantly dampened our experience for one day. That said, Manager Steve was prompt, thoughtful, and very helpful in addressing the situation, and all of the other staff members were consistently friendly and accommodating. If not for Tracy’s rudeness, I would have rated this hotel even higher and gladly left a five-star review on Google. It’s unfortunate that one negative interaction can impact an otherwise excellent stay.
