Hotel warm, water cold

Liked:Nice new clean hotel Bed nice Breakfast typical NO HOT WATER. Took cold shower Day one. Staff looked at issues Day 2- took 13 minutes and 30 seconds for shower to run warm. One hot water heater. First floor. We were on 5th. Should alert hotel guests. May not want to waste water. They did reduce our cost some.
