Nice, clean apartment in a good location, but the heating, shower, and hot water didn’t work properl

Liked:The size of the apartments and their location, it was clean inside

Disliked:1) The address on the booking and the one provided by the owners differs from the actual address (although they are located nearby). I had to compare them. 2) The apartment was very cold. The heaters were turned on only after I wrote to the owners. At night, the heat disappeared again, so I froze and woke up sick. 3) There is a rain shower, but it is broken. 4) Hot water is only available for 4-5 minutes, then only cold water.

Weird experience

Disliked:Communication with the host felt smooth until the moment when we could not make self checkin at the time set in the rules of the property, because the host forgot to put the keys inside a key box and he was out of reach when I called him with the issue. He texted me one and half after the check in time that the keys are now in the box without making any apology. Another super weird thing was, that check out was at 11 AM and housekeeper came at 10 AM, opened the door and said to her self “oh, they are still here” and left. We experienced many bookings and nothing like this happened to us before. I understand that things like this can happen from time to time but not making any apology in this kind of situation is unacceptable for me. It felt like the host was just taking for granted that we’ll be ok with it.
