The worst hotel I stayed in Albania

Liked:Worst hotel I stayed in Albania. I wanted a comfortable night of sleep before my flight and I had the complete opposite. The air conditioner didn’t work and we had to complain 4 times before they gave us another room. I ended up not sleeping before my flight because it took them more than 2 hours to solve the issue. I also found 4 cockroaches in the room.

disgusting!!

Liked:Rude Réceptionist guy who sunken my phone with his beer instead of charging it for me, when i got my phone back from reception it was leaking of his beer and the screen is partially damaged, he acted very weird and aggressive, receptionists are not supposed to drink whilst on duty

Beautiful hotel walking distance to airport

Liked:Beautiful hotel, staff super helpful !! Room was comfortable and larger than expected. Staff stopped whatever they were doing to help me with questions, directions, even to make me coffee! I really loved this gem! Walking distance to airport, restaurants and markets. Hoping to return later this year!

Worst experience ever

Liked:The air conditioning wasn't working and when we contacted the staff, the night employee said "It's not my problem" . There is no restaurant in the place and staff weren't helpful at all. I booked the place as it's close to the airport but had a very uncomfortable start through the night.
